The Valencia CF Psychology Department have prepared a series of tips for coping with this difficult time around the world, due to confinement as a measure to contain the COVID-19 coronavirus.
In this week's episode, psychologist Emilio Ibáñez explains the concept of positive mentality, looking at which attitudes can be considered positive and which are negative to handling the situation effectively.
